@Ethan Smith Harrisburg & York are great areas if you are looking for a good rent/price ratio but as Andrew said you need to really know the market as there are areas that vary significantly in demographics & rental rates. 

The answer obviously varies based on where the property is located and what type of tenant is in place (student rental, senior living, yuppies, low income, etc) but we typically will charge 6-10% with a $100 leasing fee per door.

Our beach cottage is rented out between 12-16 weeks per year and let's just say the cleanliness level of guests really varies.
