Some will finance quicker based on appraised value, not cost, if you are repaying a line of credit than if you were using your own cash.

You can buy it as a full kit with the rail and door ($350+) or buy the rail kit on ebay and a used door at habitat and fit it yourself for a more unique look ($150+).

@Jeremiah FennellI am not sure what profit margin has to uniquely do with opportunity zones.The purpose of an opportunity zone is to be able to defer payment of tax on the sale of capital assets while also investing in an asset that may potentially have no tax on sale.
