You can buy it as a full kit with the rail and door ($350+) or buy the rail kit on ebay and a used door at habitat and fit it yourself for a more unique look ($150+).

That's personally what I love about real estate is there are so many strategies, so much creativity and passion---definitely try to go to local meetups and network with others who share the same passion and you will learn so much more, so much quicker--everyone is a unique human encyclopedia :)

@Jeremiah FennellI am not sure what profit margin has to uniquely do with opportunity zones.The purpose of an opportunity zone is to be able to defer payment of tax on the sale of capital assets while also investing in an asset that may potentially have no tax on sale.
