Can you do a month-to-month with them?  

Hey Abdul, I was looking to do the same for a couple months but found builders to give very rough estimates for completion, sometimes 2 years out, and my wife was worried they’d take even longer.

But my mom’s neighbor’s husband passed away a month ago and I found that 2 year rule for MN residents (and other non-community property states.)You should be virtually tax free.

To make my point, if you own a property and have an amazing 2% interest rate but only cash flow $100 per month but can buy 4 units and cash flow $400 per month but have a terrible 10% interest rate all things equal would you not do it?

Realized it would probably be cheaper on a monthly basis to have a mortgage there rather than pay rent for another year.

Once it is rented the property will cash flow about $1600 a month which would be about 30% cash on cash return. 

Hey Billy,Are these houses rented out 6+ months out of the year?

Not 100% accurate as some people book the night before or day of perhaps...but other people report they're sold out for months. 

I have no idea what car dealerships bring in monthly so I am not sure if they could afford a lease.
