But this review stuck out to me, posted just a day ago:Jane Pritchard - “I’ve been a member with Moore for a while and I’ve gotten so I’m hesitant to have them come and do the free maintenance check because I’m left with not really knowing if there are really these monumental problems brewing with my furnace and/or AC or if they are just very well trained salesmen out to create more business.

Looked at all their podcast reviews, categorize them based on what people likes and didn't like, then emailed him my results + a plan to improve the podcast + that I would implement the plan for him for free. 

You could also put in a stackable washer/dryer within the current room to free up some of the space.

My cost basis would be 40 or 50% lower due to the fact I am performing most of the labor "free of charge".
