A strong possibility is that people will travel less in the future, stay home more and invest into their own properties which will cause prices to at least be somewhat stable.

I agreed to the increase in interest rate because I am extremely confident that I can refinance this asset once rehab is completed, but even at 10% interest, I cash flow $200 a month.Preliminary Rehab: The rehab for this particular project is a bit complicated.

Ideally, I'd like all my rental properties to be owned by my LLC.I'm confident I can raise the funds through a cash-out refi on my personal property to obtain my next rental property, but when it comes to a refi on the rental after rehabbing it, will that have to be another commercial loan since I want it owned by my LLC?

@Pablo Flores I have very occasionally used Cozy for domestic travelers and TransferWise for international travelers but you are right that Cozy is not set up for short term rentals.

I have family that lives up in western Illinois, so it maybe makes sense to invest in a SFR as we travel through STL fairly often.
