Vacation Rental Payment System

Hello BP,

For repeat customers, is there another platform through which guests can book again without having to use Airbnb and VRBO? I was looking into Cozy but it seems to be for long term rentals.

I manually block the dates on vrbo which syncs to airbnb. Then I allow them to send a check if there is plenty of time to clear or accept Zelle or PayPal. These people usually plan 6 months in advance. In this case I get a $500 or so deposit and get the balance 2 to 4 weeks prior to their arrival.

I have alot of families and get more checks than anything.

After their stay I send them back their security deposit via the same means they paid me.

My repeat customer I don't charge a security deposit.
