To finish, we will need (2) doors, (6) windows, a full bathroom and kitchen remodel and new flooring.My conservative estimates have us around $16k to cover those estimates.The house is a 3/1 1000 square foot property with a small kitchen requiring around 10 feet of cabinetry on one side, 10 feet on the other side and a counter, simple appliances, sink, etc.

Even if you're bringing them coffee, or scrubbing toilets in the office, whatever you can do to work for the person you want to be like in your life and career.
