Hi Guys, I am just trying to hear from private money lenders here on biggerpockets, how is their experience, specially in New jersey area. what difficulties they face, what are pros and cons based on their experience. what are different terms and conditions they follow etc.how is investment in lending as compared to buy and rent.

I don't see that changing honestly based on the way job markets are changing with technology.

Make sure they are aware of the difficulty you are having searching for properteis and be prepared to explain exactly what is making the search difficult so they can better understand what it is you are trying to do to help overcome that obstacle.

How will technology and connectivity change the way we work together and collaborate?

The use and development of blockchain technology has nothing do to with the price of an individual currency. 

That said, nothing is impossible but I did want to point out the difficulties you would face looking for that.

It’s just that technology and government regulations are creating an odor time capsule in old homes.Any BiggerPockets folks come to the same conclusion?
