It's a daily struggle, but a bit easier to address now that I am aware that I'm doing it.  

I am just struggling finding the right properties that make financial sense.

And then once you have deployed capital into these strong markets you are always struggling with the question of when will the cash flow catch up with the appreciation and what do I do with the highly appreciated asset that is under performing  cash flow.Its times like these that you see the innovators look at things a bit different and finding another way to solve these problems in these markets while still staying covered in the investment from a leverage point of view. 

Im just struggling to figure out the expenses on renting a SFH.  

For anyone who is struggling to find something, all I can say is: network, network, network, and never give up!

Indeed, a lack of residential construction is one reason Americans on the economic margins are still struggling after eight years of economic growth.

It might be a struggle right now because that market is so hot but hopefully it begins to cool down!

This way if you struggle finding clients for your services at least that way your still growing wealth/revenue from your portfolio. 

I screen tenants today using TransUnion SmartMove which has been very helpful, but doesn't give much insight into the personality of tenants; that's something I still struggle with and has ultimately been the problems that arise.
