Spending a few hundred dollars for access to successful people is really nothing in the bigger scheme of things. 

Vanessa Allsup try NREIG - they gave me a much better price on my ATL triplex than I originally had with Geico/Travellers and I like that you can access all of your paperwork easily online - very user friendly.

As some of the other members have already mentioned, proper notice needs to be given to your tenants, certain bank accounts need to be maintained and certain rules of access need to be followed.

Her job has her gone from home a lot of times either off shore or just out of town and when she is gone she will ask me if I can stop by the unit to check up on it or grab her packages or adjust her thermostat so the a/c is running like crazy. 

I also thought access to the MLS and being able to show myself properties would be a good asset!

-For the value of the building, either check the tax records (some municipalities make it easy to access via an open website) for purchase prices, or use a website like zillow or realtor.com to see the sale prices of the surrounding buildings. 

Second, the cost of materials is soaring, but hasn't yet stopped the demand for a new home on the buyer's side.I know for certain that some banks are flipping houses now, rather than sell off their REO properties for discount.  

I stopped doing bandits as the response rate declined drastically.  

It's alley access since a row home, but on the end so convenient,  but a car couldn't get to the back.
