One drop under the counter by the kitchen and bathroom sinks, under the stove & refrigerator at least every 3 months and you should have no problems.

You are putting the Cart before the Horse when you think to buy a BRRR that you will not be able to fix up to Rent because you also probably never lifted a hammer and nail in your life and you can't do sheetrock or fix a leak or change a sink or unplug a toilet or do a roofover.
