From there my goal is to optimize the plan and the processes so that my wife can join me and shed her day job within 24 months.At this point in my research it seems like a combination of flipping and BRRRR is a good way to begin, but I am very interested in any advice you guys might have from the real world.If anyone reading this is in the Spring/The Woodlands/Conroe area and would like to grab some coffee (or something stronger), definitely hit me up!
