Example I just bought one in Independence MO in a top end school system for 92k that was listed as a 3/2 but had 2 extra "bedrooms" in the basement.  

I will be graduating physical therapy school in August.

She is a 50 or so years old who would afford a 100% or the rent , she has indicated in her application that her daughter (30ish) and granddaughter (11) will be living with her, they are under the occupant section of the application.This lady has a clean record, good credit score and stable job with the county public school system.

If you don't mind me asking where did you go for the schooling?

Im very interested in Architecture and wish i had went to school for something RE related.

I only have a couple months of high school left and I need to make a decision of what to do next.

This is due to people preferring the schools in Yorktown and the low crime.

I'll bet it's a major consideration for families (behind safety and school district).
