I used to love my job and then i averaged 400 hrs of ot the last 2 yrs and lost relationships with significant others and it has effected my health considerably i gained a 50 lbs over the last 2 yrs due to odd sleeping hours and terrible eating habits.

Or unless there are other scared land lords out there who advertise vacant units at below market rent.Also, if I had a dollar for every tenant/applicant who claimed they were "OCD clean" I'd have several thousands dollars.

The governor announced by proclamation on June 2, 2020 he was extending the eviction moratorium until August 1 with some amendments as follows: In addition to situations where an imminent threat to health and safety exists, landlords can evict for:Property damage if it is urgent and unknown to the landlord prior to COVID-19.Intent to occupy and/or intent to sell with 60 days' advance notice.
