Defining a REALLY great deal is going to be very difficult in this market for at least the next 18 months as it will be very difficult to predict where the bottom will be.IMHO, oil will remain below $50 for the next 2 years. 

You have to understand contractors get offered the "carrot" all the time with the promise of "just give me your rock bottom price and I have tons more work for you" most of which never pans.

Not opposed to low income areas but dont want to be invested in the bottom.

I go with the other.Just a few, but should help you get a more rounded picture on two areas that are exhibiting similar numbers in other ways.

And like you this company gets a whole lot of repeat business ( good performance creates this along with referrals)  Bottom line its about performance and after care..
