What other resources are using to find reliable providers?

Anyone in the Rockford area know a reliable and convenient title company who is fast.

This is my first post aside from my warmly welcomed introduction in the intro forum :)So, as the title states I'm trying to find our target neighborhoods for finding our fist house to flip and the first thing I wanted to start out with was figuring out the median sales prices of houses in the general area so that I can pinpoint the neighborhoods with comparably priced homes in that range.I'm finding that everyone seems to have their own idea about what the median house prices are (many sites being totally outdated and useless).Here are the prices I've found that seem to be reliable enough:Median PricesZillow median sale price:$197,425.00Trulia Median sale price:$174,950.00Realtor.com med close price:$165,000.00Floridarealtors.org$199,000.00Average:$184,093.75Should I just stick with the average I have here and stop over thinking it or do you all have a goto data source that's open to the public?

I currently have a remodel project in Van Nuys, CA and am in need of some reliable GC's to take bids and handle the project.

Does anyone know where I can find reliable wholesale contracts or does anybody have some that wouldn't mind if I used them? 

Low maintence, predictable, and therefore, income stream is reliable. 

Just curious how some of you guys found your reliable cash buyers and investors?

Just wanted to see if anyone on BP has had any experience with these services and if they could comment on their reliability.

i for whatever reason cant find any on google... how do i know if there reliable?

No worries on the contractors, I will find a reliable, licensed one in the very near future.
