The reply I received not only answered my questions but thanked me for taking time to read over whats actually required.

You will need knowledge on how things will get done, before you invite bids, make sure you make a scope so you will receive more apples to apples bid.

I reset the email and still have not received a link in my email and I checked spam.  

Set up your keyword alerts and you'll receive an email notification whenever the announcement goes out.

People are extremely negative in general and the bad comments you received are just ridiculous.

Find an agent and have them set you up to automatically receive listings similar to what you are looking for.

I recently purchased a house from HUBZU, i bid on the same house 3 times, First 2 times I won the bid, but receive no notifications, within 3 days i checked the site and the house had been re-auctioned/relisted. 

It is one of the biggest knocks we rightfully receive.

With the rents I expect to receive, I will be able to still cash flow after a higher refi, and I would love to have a little more cash in my account in order to pick up more properties. 

I just received this today and as of yet have not evaluated the actual properties myself.
