I have won bids on Auction.com but backed out for various reasons.

I reasoned that since I have never made a late payment and the bank made good money every time I used the balance transfers, they would be happy to reconsider.

He is not under contract and being a SCN I'm not sure how to valuate land to determine a reasonable offer.What approach would a seasoned investor take to valuate a plot of land?

That may be something to consider looking into if you can find a reasonably priced SFH nearby. 

But even those can be penetrated for a variety of reasons if not properly setup and maintained.Just my 2 cents on that

But I’ve had reasonable offers form them though a few have mentioned 25% less than market offers.
