They do have a big inventory and they do provide a vast variety of properties.

A flat rent for 2 years at $2,925 provides a slight increase, yet might not be enough to counter potential market hikes in the third year.

A quick question:  Would you be able to provide further clarity why you classified zip code 64052 /64053 as mostly bad for rental?

My real estate agent asked a few buyers, and no one has provided that information yet.
