The problem was that my Brother and his Contractor didn't play that game and unfortunately, the Inspectors caused delays in inspections and nitpicked on things to the tune of more than a 2 year delay of construction, causing 100s of thousand of dollars in extra costs.Even today, all you need to do is Google "Building Inspector Arrests" and you will see the large amount of articles and confirmation of what really goes on.Every time I have to scratch my head on why I need to do something that doesn't make sense it shows me how the system was designed to promote a certain corruption that keeps getting worse.Most recently, there was an Article in the NYTimes that showed how large Corporations have started gaming the NYC Housing Courts to harass tenants just by filing a $45 court case against them, whether or not there was a legitimacy.

And I can prove it is different.When you get a promotion discount mailer from Nike... at most you will be annoyed and throw the mailer away... but when motivated sellers get mailers from you little mortal investors, they get furious call you up swear at you, tell you to "go back to your F&%#@@ country you thirdworld foreigner looser".
