Of course someone else can overpay and get the house and probably will :) I never said it was a competition... he said he does not want to partner with me that he wants to do it on his own and collect all the profits...and I use my investments to support an animal rescue and a scholarship at the local college for students who are the first in their family to attend college so I do not leave remains scattered in my wake....so I most certainly do support others both human and animal

And yes, I am aware of all the altruistic arguments that can be given to underwater owners to make them THINK you might be trying to help them out.I have read dozens of threads from those who know exactly what to say to those poor folk, if only they could find enough of them to practice their best lines on.Here is another one of them.

While alot of Realtor hate the practice, I put in multiple bids to take the property off market, then have an inspection as well as a financial out if my due diligence does not meet my expectations or I negotiate a better deal on the other property.
