I live in Cleveland, have rentals here, and rehab and flip 7 - 10 per  year in the suburbs. 

Four of the duplexes (8 units) are rented out at an average of $450 per month (FYI, all info I'm giving is per agent and has not been verified as of yet) and the other two duplexes (4 units) are completely gutted and need all work done on interior.

I noticed that per square foot price is 241.

The downstairs is a small grocery bringing in $1000 per month with a scheduled $100 increase each year until it reaches $1300.

Hi everyone,Wondering what your experience has been in per-unit maintenance costs on 20 to 60 unit projects on a yearly basis?

BasicallyHow much profit can you make with rentals (apartments, duplexes, etc), and regarding loan products, how much capital would be required per year to reach my goals mentioned below? 

I just purchased a couple smaller apartment bldgs where the rent is about 100 low per month.

Holding a property longer reduces the costs per year.
