A lot of people as well as my clients would definitely agree some of them flip properties and some keep them and rent them out and some people do both.

As October rolls in, the weather is cooling and real estate continues to do so as well.

A rental just needs to be clean and servicable.

It’s awesome to see a veteran in the mix (I'm still active-duty, will be transitioning in a few months).

Upside: you have now a loan that is being paid down, equity that is growing, and probably some appreciation and you learn how to buy and manage real estate which in itself makes it worth it!

There are lots of experienced property owners, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, tax experts and more here so don't be shy to ask questions and I'm sure an expert in that field will be able to help.

Think of the end of the year as well.

However, be conservative on that.
