However everyone has a different level of pain tolerance and or micro management of their assets.I suspect the majority of folks after a year or two have no clue as to how much they are actually making in the way of rate of return..Someone's 1k dollar problem could cause them to lose sleep others would not bat an eye...However and I will leave it with this...

Finally, carpet in the bedrooms.Of course, as I've told you in the past, I now stay away from sub $700 rentals in Indy and don't have the issues with carpet being destroyed.I've seen landlords just pain the slab on low end rentals!

I am working on a possible deal here.Our real estate goals are to do fix and flips to build up our cash reserves and then start buying cash flow properties to build an ongoing residual income for retirement.I am an IT Specialist for the Federal Gov't and my wife is a Medical Administrator.
