If you are risk adverse real estate, (especially out of state) is not for you. 

Down payment for most is not easy hurdle to overcome.

=PHaving said that, there's a big difference also between simply bragging and sharing a success story with useful details such as numbers, obstacles overcome in the process, all the how-to details, and other information that others can actually learn from.

I have always believed in the military strategy of adapt and overcome.
