That gives us some good passive income and benefits as a safety net, and it opens me up to new opportunities to learn and do new things.I've owned 4 houses before, including completely restoring a 1940's dutch colonial in Ohio that I did almost all the work on, but we currently rent as it made more financial sense for the moment.

It would make it a more desirable area, and since my rents are lower, I'm targeting people who probably can't afford the luxury apartment, but like to live close to it.I also have a duplex in Delaware, OH, a smaller community.

They are not governed by your fannie/freddie, We use Self directed roth IRA money and Self directed Roth 401k money to achieve our investment goals...Oh, won't disclose any more info on this topic as my colleagues have their minds made up that what we do is not possible, I'm glad, perhaps the people they don't find from not believing will end up lending to me.

Whoops we didn't put in management, Well you can pay more for insurance if you want, my nephew does the HVAC, my wife does the books, oh that 120,000 in income other that is from fines and maintenance bill backs(seriously).Like I said, we are going into an 11 Cap now, but that is the exception and I won't hold my breath for the next one."

Ohio was big on meridian lines and acres, yada yada so i studied my *** off on that stuff, michigan had none of it.My calculator broke 10% into the exam and I still crushed it, just study.
