And yes, there are other states that are more landlord friendly and may offer cheaper prices and taxes.

It is not fair to unsophisticated investors to be offered syndication investments by groups or individuals who have less than 7 years experience (and that is being liberal) in real estate finance, operations and management, etc. 

Areas like Emmaus and Bethlehem Township offer attractive opportunities for house flipping, with their mix of suburban appeal and potential for growth.
