I'm curious what your property insurance is costing on a non-owner occupied, STR in an area prone to natural disasters? 

I built a wood fired heat exchanger from natural gas pipe and the shell of an RV water holding tank.

At this point, my thoughts are why is the electricity bill so high, considering heat is natural gas.

I get the logic of a personal mortgage being paid by a personal account but being a 4-plex I naturally want a business account.

Hey Ryan, Sorry I don't have any good propane providers for you in Moncton, but I thought I should mention, the natural gas industry in New Brunswick is aggressively trying to get people to switch from propane and oil to natural gas and is supplying and installing away all new furnaces, boilers, etc.
