Some amendments have been made to the capital pooling game when it comes to accredited and non-accredited definitions which will allow syndicators such as myself to market investments to investors and deem them accreditation by nature of their knowledge, not their income or personal net worth... https://www.sec.gov/news/press... - Having raised money I caution you... There is something to be said about the investor who thinks they understand and the investor that has made their first million.. and I define that first million as liquid unencumbered cash. There is a temperament and knowledge base that has been embedded into that person by nature of making the million.  Taking an investment from an investor who is not seasoned can kill your deal and your career...
