Won't waste my time running any checks with them again!!

Am I expecting too much for him to handpicking good deals to send me so I don't waste my time with "drip emails" 

In my area I recently came across a fourplex that would be a great buy-and-hold investment with minimal rehab costs (numbers found below). 

Purchase price, estimated rehab, approximate ARV, age of property, comps etc(Of course I always recommend buyers due their own due diligence as many wholesalers minimize rehab and stretch ARV).

Many investors are dreaming of a market tanking like it did back at the end of the last decade, I think ur wasting ur time that is a not gonna happen.

No student loans and very minimal credit card debt which is on a zero percent with a planned payoff before it jumps up.

If I know that you only have 5000 in the budget for a bathroom I can be a lot more helpful and I won’t waste my time putting together an elaborate bid.

I was not sure how serious to take Facebook in this space because craigslist seemed to be a waste of time for this reason I'll give Facebook another try thanks again 

The cost is minimal.  

Use someone or a company that is responsible to minimize this risk.I also have my place cleaned as soon as someone checks out so that I am ready for the same day check in or a last minute booking.
