You will want to shop that around because a lot of banks are different. they will know what you do for a living and a lot of banks have options for docs and medical professionals- lower interest rates, etc.

I have a mid priced apartment condo unit next to a hospital that I would ideally rent to a medical professional (nurse, technician, resident, etc.).
