A little about me: I am married and have four kiddos.

I reside in Temecula California I have been happily married to my wife for 6 years who supports my plan in getting into the real estate business.

In my opinion, you are going to be married to this company for the long haul, so buying cheap or being attracted to "cheaper than everyone else" is not always a good thing.  

I lucked out and now have a ton of equity in my house.I have a full time job and I am getting married this Saturday.

When i am married and have children i will have already purchased my time from my hard work now.  

When my husband and I got married 12 years ago we each had our own properties, I had a town house, and he had a single family home.

My wife and I were suckered in on a trip to Las Vegas before we were even married or better yet even engaged! 

One of them has been working since he was 14, he now makes six figures and is 25 happily married with a daughter. 

My experience has been that most of my tenants move because of some life event, like change in jobs, getting married, divorced, etc.

Purchasing a MFR is a new ball game and any co-signer is required to live in the property as well - even family.With you not being married or living together how are you going to prove that you have a family like relationship?
