There's never been a time in history where building equity through adding value wasn't possible, that's just stinkin' thinkin'.That being said- processes and quality matter greatly and thats where most people lose their shorts, not on the actual deal.

Other strategies such as fix and flip or house hacking don't really appeal to me as constantly seeking out opportunities in hopes of generating large amounts of cash is not a part of my nature.Also, your local REIA will be an awesome resource for you.

if your hoping to make 10k per deal.. then you need to really re think this one small boo boo and your going to lose 10k per deal or more..  10k is simply way to tight in the flipping bizz..

I hope you enjoy and learn something here just like you I start small.
