In Virginia if the tenant doesn't pay their share of the rent then the state will not pay the voucher.

After giving Alan Kirkham 5 months to right this wrong and come up with a fair resolution, we have been left in the dark with no set plans or expectations and no true point of contact, which is why we have decided to share our experience here.

Some more, some less, but if you do it yourself and you are committed to it, you can most of the time get better nightly rates and occupancy and therefore cash flow.If you are interested in talking more, shoot me a DM, I'm happy to share what I know.
