in my area i'm looking at a cheap foreclosed lot with a burned out house needing removal. coincidentally I just saw an ad for low (ish) priced custom houses, available for 0 down if you have land.the way I see it, it's just finding numbers that work (thank you Bigger Pockets) can I get the land cheap?

Bigger Pockets is a great start toward getting deals done correctly and reaching out to seasoned real estate investors, especially if you would like to start out using the BRRR method as you have specified in your post, Nick.

They have zero history and zero posts on bigger pockets.

Now, if I'd be losing several thousands of dollars out of my pocket in this deal, then I'd really consider clouding title or suing for specific performance.
