Since sellers are generally not eager to turn over access to their checkbook or tax returns without actually being in contract or in due diligence you can do a little investigating on your own.

There is a slim possibility, although we have not investigated it and did not consider it when we bought, that we might (might) have room to put a new matching duplex up.
