we bought from:1. wholesale direct contracts2. wholesale daisy chainsat the end of the day - it's our responsibility (investor) to do our due diligence..it's our job as a "Flip Investor"to make sure the numbers work - I see licensed agents -  "that are full of it" the education and training    will come in time - or you're out of business as a wholesalerwe (my team) we don't judge a person's title or a license - at the end of the day - it's about character content!!

As far as the preference for SFR or condo, well, my experience is that apartments are great for folks in tech schools, which are shorter length training periods.
