We’re looking to generate passive income long term that will provide for some financial freedom from the “rat race.”In the meantime, we’re reading and researching and will be developing a business plan in that time period.Interested in networking with any locals as well on here.

The advantages we have being in Manila are: great savings, freedom to choose an area to invest in, and we can invest 2 months during the summer in full time focus on real estate.  

Health care workers (amongst other key roles in which attention to detail makes the difference between life and death) have a moral obligation to do everything in their power to do their job well and with dedication.

I'm also considering entering the Assisted Living Facility market, as I'm a healthcare professional familiar with that industry. 

With that being said, I only work with investors' who's goals are to achieve financial freedom/househack so for my experience it's always been about the numbers.

It is all about the pursuit of financial freedom!

Having that over your head doesn't create peace of mind or financial freedom. 

Embarking on the journey to financial freedom is special... doing it with your spouse is even better!

Currently, I'm in the automotive industry and after a couple of years I realized that I rather put the time and effort into something that will give me the financial freedom where I can spend more time with my wife and daughter.

@Dan Barli financial freedom is the ultimate goal but for starters, I would like to learn the ropes for buy and hold rentals, perhaps start off with investing in flips to increase capital first. currently have some liens. i would gladly chat with you
