This why we need a balanced government.

It is not the government guaranteed return that is hyped.

So I just bought my first property (4 plex) and had to use my parents to get the approval for the loan,my question is, my parents plan to retire in the next 5 years and don't want anything in their name as it may affect what they get from the government, can I co-sign them on a mortgage but have me as the sole "owner" on the title?

I feel that the commercial sector isn’t as over priced.

HI Richard,The foundational core of his success is not going to be can he take 360 pics, it is going to be can he successfully close enough prospects every month to make his time worth it.He will need to come to terms with the fact that he will need to be a salesman first and camera setup guy second, and a Government Red Tape (record keeping) slave third.Without being able to Close Prospects as a Salesman, he will not succeed in the business.Good Luck!

Willimantic has also interested me and from what I understand there are some decent developments in the planning phase with government grants or something like that.  

Check to make sure they are up to date and do some more digging through government websites to make sue you aren't missing anything.
