Maybe knowing what someone else is thinking and feeling, reading and doing and planning might inspire other people to keep pushing themselves when they're stuck behind an obstacle that seems insurmountable.I hope this helps someone out there - even if just emotionally, because I sure don't know what I'm doing yet.

I too was ready for my first deal with inspiration to BRRRR from posts on these forums as well as BP Podcasts.

I think they've genuinely struggled with the explosion of growth caused by the economy. 

I am genuinely interested.

Genuine curiosity 

Im a full time registered nurse, was inspired by rich dad poor dad, found bigger pockets, read BT's book and BRRRR book, and now looking to get out of healthcare for more feedom and time for myself family friends and other people.

So either in the future they will think of me if they want to sell or maybe they can say I don’t have any properties for sale but I know some people that do.I think building a relationship with owners is a big over looked step, so when your genuine and truly want to learn from someone, they will be more likely to give you a deal in the future. any thoughts??
