Johnstown, PA rental properties shared contractor trial program

Hey fellow Johnstown, PA investors.  Our local landlord association is discussing setting up a trial program to utilize a shared contractor.  We are looking to do this through the landlord association primarily for it's members to pool together and attract a qualified contractor to provide general rental property maintenance at an affordable price.  Just fishing to see what interest there is out there from other investors that have properties in the Johnstown, PA and surrounding areas.  While it will not be a requirement to be a member of the Greater Johnstown Landlord Association to participate in the program, preference in scheduling will be given to members first.  If anyone has any questions or thinks this might be of interest, you can reply to this post or PM me.

Thanks, Keith
