I take a fairly personal approach and like to build a relationship with my borrowers, but the fees aren't ridiculous and the interest rates are reasonable 😊 reach out if you want to discuss. 

Definitely take your time and do your research before jumping into anything but similar to what others have mentioned if you don't already have a primary I'd try to grab one of those with the VA loan if it's feasible.

If you can see good returns if you take the long game you can keep them.
