Investment house - Rental property

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $75,000
Cash invested: $125,000

Concrete House 4 Bedroom 1,700 Sqft. all Renovated, in a 5,000 sqft Lot.

How did you finance this deal?

Was in Cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Home Improvements of 50K and is Rented.

What was the outcome?

Good!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I renovated my self so it took me 2 years to finished the renovation. But I did'nt care about how long it would take bc I was living the house.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Ys I worked with a real estate agent that I don't Recommend.
