I recently became interested in REI after I found out one of my bosses at work has been doing long distance investing in multi family homes. 

Is it families, students, contract workers?

Unlicensed contractor agreed to do work, then moved his family in and never did the agreed upon work.

I will do flips and new build single family homes all day long, if I can get a 50% annualized return on my capital.  

Looking to restart with some single family homes with slight rehabs that will allow me to put my hvac experience to good use! 

Own a rental single family home in SW FL that cash flows about $1000/month (after all expenses, and my insurance nearly doubling over the last year). 

My husband and I are considering purchasing a multi-family property in Harrisburg or surrounding areas.
