Nick,I would tend to agree with Mike's thoughts on this and would also remind you that even if the coruse was jam packed with awsome and relative education, advice, and forms, most people paying for the course will fail and it may or may not have anything to do with the content.Be careful how and where you spend your hard eraned money.

Those loans failed because the underlying assumptions were false.So, yes, high rates will tamp down prices, but inflation will drive them up.
