I currently have a full time job that I enjoy but will not allow that to be an excuse not to invest.Here is what I have done so far in terms of REI:Joined BP of course and currently engaged in analysis paralysis when it comes to active investing.I participate in several syndications and so far those are going well but I am not at a point where I can generate enough income to replace my current salary.

Hey @Edwin De leon building a fan base is pretty easy, simply create a page and then create a piece of content that gives your audience value, promote the content using FB ads with the objective "PPE - post page engagement" it's very cheap form of FB advertising, this will start to get page likes but what you really want to do is at the end of every day invite everyone who interacted with the ad to like your page.

It is a bait-and-switch and he is trying to amend the agreement or he will refuse to transfer the property.I am wondering if I can simply supply him with my own loan documents that would fulfill the terms of the agreement.Last but not least, the owner has engaged in stalking behavior over the past 7.5 years.
