There are 3 parcels in a trust that the seller(s) would like to sell together.First parcel features a 2 bed 1 bath 864 sqft unit zoned multi family 2-3 unites.

I am looking to invest out of state in my hometown of Columbus, OH and have found a fourplex that meets my criteria for location, unit size, property features, etc.

There are several features that will increase salability, but not necessarily value, but I wouldn't overlook them for the sale.  

This part of the island is probably the most diverse region (based on property types and features) and the largest geographically.

TenantCloud may be free, depending on what features you need, so you might want to give it a try if you are just starting.

Granted, the beach is walkable (probably the most important walkable feature)., but it doesn't seem easy to get anywhere else in town by foot.  

In addition to regular security features like motion sensor flood lights, security door & window coverings and cameras, did you know you can hire security dogs to come live at the property while it is vacant?
