Persist and you will WIN!

I am trying to understand what exactly the process looks like after the buyer wins and bid and what some of the pitfalls are...

Last week it was the morning that I had to change out 2 toilets on the top floor of 2 separate town homes, then discovering a leak from the tub waste line in one unit, (which had been going on for a couple of weeks. the resident didn't call it in because she thought the carpet was wet due to humidity???)

If someone else wins bid, then ask if you can put in a backup offer so you can be next in line before it hits market again.

This creates a WIN-WIN Situation and gives the Realtor incentive, to work harder on your behalf.

Would the person with the 400 credit score potentially win a judgment against me because I accepted the higher (but not fully qualifying) score if the 400 applied first? 

After all, Chloe Eudaly who uses low income people emotion to wipe out small owners, becomes a winning child to the City and State who successfully generates more revenue from and for the big players.

"A lot of work" hides problems and "very slim profit" is eaten quickly by those discovered problems.
