This might just add some extra expenses.There is one other option in my mind which is Florida - I love warm weather and I love the beaches.

Winter is a bit of a stretch, but if you take a week and go somewhere warm, it's much more manageable. 

But at the very least you will find out who these people are and start the process of figuring out whether you can get a warm introduction (always the best strategy) and, if not, if you can get their attention via email, phone call, etc.

Aside from the nauseating odor, I'd be concerned with fleas and their eggs hatching when the weather warms up.

They found it a strange coincidence that this occurred shortly after receiving his notice to vacate.We will offer him moving assistance, but it's unlikely he will win the claim.I'll keep everyone informed of how this is resolved.Stay warm!
