Just asking in the interest of avoiding false signals to your local tax commission, should the physical address be the home office or in the state where the activity is generating the income.

Your agent should help you potentially connect with a local lender (doesn't hurt to shop around for some local lenders either, I typically avoid the larger companies).I would also say that your probably not going to find "the perfect deal", especially your first time around.

Keep in mind there are some smaller banks or lender who have what is called "Overlays" or strict guide lines- So avoid them.
